In addition he has managed development teams and coordinated the deployment of custom solutions in the multiple industry sectors.
Since the financial crises Thomas has helped global companies successfully implementing Shared Service Centers based on Dynamics AX.
He is highly experienced in the building and management of global core solutions including the control of third party AX modules and the design and implementation of AX layer control strategies.
His experience spans many products including Microsoft Dynamics AX and XAL. He has been heavily involved with Axapta (Dynamics AX) since version 1.5.
Thomas has carried out technical assessments, performance optimizations, troubleshooting and best practice guidelines for large global organizations on behalf of Microsoft and large Dynamics AX partners and has provided knowledge transfer and training to MBS partners worldwide.
He has a unique Microsoft network providing him with the ability to advice clients on the subject of the AX roadmap allowing them to plan and manage their TCO.
Thomas has been invited onto multiple Microsoft product councils and has participated in TAP AX4, TAP AX2009 and TAP AX2012, TAP R2 and R3 beta phase evaluations.
