Experience-as-a-Service – The skills you need, when you need them
Experience-as-a-Service is IZARA’s offering to companies who are in transition, be it due to changes to the company’s objectives, following crisis or longer periods of inefficient operations, or an unfilled management vacancy.
The service consists of two offerings:
- Business advisory: Our experts are tasked with improving business performance by identifying and addressing internal discrepancies between the company goals and IT foundation, and
- CxO-as-a-Service: Our experts are engaged as senior management for a shorter or longer time-period, either building up the best-fit organisation or simply ensuring the weels are turning smoothly while the permanent replacement is recruited

Charlotte joins IZARA at an interesting time as it transitions into the 100% customer-centric company it set out to become just over a year ago.
Her Master’s in IT & Information in companies (Cand.merc.dat.), leadership management training as well as strong experience from IT project management and several recent CIO positions in large corporates such as Danske Bank, NNIT, and Loomis Danmark, gives Charlotte a perfectly fitted yet unique position within IZARA.
