Charlotte’s many years’ experience makes her a strong strategic, business-oriented and value-driven business advisor, project and program manager, digitalisation, transformation and transition agent, as well as interim leader/CIO-as-a-Service.
During the last 20+ years, Charlotte has worked intensively on optimizing IT portfolios and master data, IT projects and daily operation, core business applications and vendor management, with the purpose of optimizing business value and performance. Her work experience includes positions in large corporates such as Danske Bank, NNIT, and Loomis Danmark.
In Charlotte’s recent assignments as CIO, she focused on bridging the gap between business and IT, to reach the full potential of the existing IT portfolio and new investments.
With her strong management, communication and coaching skills, positive and extrovert attitude and natural flair for diplomacy, Charlotte engages with ease on all levels of the organisation.
Charlotte has a master’s degree in IT and information in companies (Cand.merc.dat) from Copenhagen Business School. Furthermore she has a Leadership Management education from PathFinder and the CBS Executive Board program. The latter makes her an expert in ensuring optimal strategic focus and communication, from C- and board level to white and blue colors, when bridging business gaps.
