I’ve led medium to large-scale transformation programmes covering ERP, infrastructure, and organisational design.
My work spans IT due diligence, strategic reviews, implementation, and CIO-level advisory, combining hands-on execution with executive insight.
As CIO at Rosti Group, I managed business systems across 28 factories in 14 countries.
At A.P. Moller – Maersk, I advised on infrastructure and architecture for a group-wide ERP rollout and led the global IT support function for 3,000+ users. I’ve also contributed to global advisory boards for Microsoft and Citrix.
Today, I support clients with everything from strategic execution to CIO-as-a-Service. Whether shaping governance models or developing costing structures, I bring a business-first mindset to every engagement.
I hold a B.Sc. in Business Administration and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School (CBS), where I also serve as an external advisor and examiner.
