As Head of Customer Relations at IZARA, I’m responsible for building and maintaining the partnerships that define our business.
I work closely with clients, partner firms, and stakeholders to ensure we deliver not only expert advisory but lasting value, built on trust and strategic alignment.
With a background in B2B and B2C sales, marketing, key account management, and commercial strategy, I bring a customer-first mindset to every relationship.
My experience in the telco and retail industries has given me a strong understanding of the whole business value chain and the ability to translate complex needs into tailored engagements.
I’m passionate about long-term client partnerships. For me, it’s about more than just commercial dialogue. It’s about understanding each client’s context and ambitions.
