Over the past 25+ years, I have worked in business development, IT, sales, and operational optimization. I also have over 20 years of management and board experience in private Danish companies and large international joint-stock companies.

The focus has been on developing business models, selling and distributing technological products, and implementing national and international strategies.

I have led organizational transformations, optimized daily operations, evaluated core business applications and supplier management, and developed plans for digitalizing business processes.

My primary focus is to increase value and improve performance based on a strategic, business-oriented, and value-driven mindset while balancing all stakeholder interests. My most recent assignments have been IT reviews, industrial company business systems selection, and projects to bring IT closer to business.

With my facilitation and communication skills, outgoing, positive attitude, and natural flair for diplomacy, I engage with all levels of the organization. I motivate, delegate, and listen to meet the agreed-upon goals and timelines.

I am structured, analytical, and thorough through dialogue and collaboration. I maintain high ambition and quality, keeping the helicopter view while monitoring the critical details. In the PI test, I am the Rebel—i.e., someone who thinks outside the box and handles adversity.

I hold an Executive MBA and a Board certification from Copenhagen Business School (CBS). In addition, I have acted as a strategy supervisor at the CBS Executive MBA program since 2000.
