During the past 25 years, I have worked intensively with business managers on ERP and other framework applications. Be it as business advisor or CIO-as-a-service, my focus has always been on building strong cases that create value and drive performance.
Further to adding value within IT reviews and IT due diligence, strategic recommendations, IT transformation to business orientation, change of IT governance and IT operations models, I act as a CIO-as-a-service. That is a part time IT governance and advisory resource for mid-size enterprises that do not need a full-time CIO.
I have previously been programme manager on a number of large scale developments. These include a new pan-Nordic organization set up, a knowledge-sharing platform, integration of divisional IT departments, establishing of large-scale co-operations, and strategic outsourcing of IT.
I hold a Master of Science from DTH/DTU in Denmark (1988) and an ITILv3 certification (2011).
