As responsible for customer relations, it is my job to build, maintain, and continuously optimize our engagement with customers and business partners.
Based on many years of experience within B2B and B2C sales, marketing, key account management, and strategy in the telco and retail industries, I have learned to fully understand the end-to-end business process, and how to apply it to my individual customer’s needs. I take great pride in customer service and work hard to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
I graduated from Copenhagen Business School in 1997 with a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration (Marketing). This educational background has always been a solid foundation when developing complex solutions and business cases with my customers.
